Bertolak pada Peraturan Menteri pendidikan Nasional, no 28 tahun 2010, tentang penugasan kepala sekolah bahwa kepala sekolah berfungsi sebagai leader dan manajer di sekolah yang mempunyai peran penting dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi sekolah. Hal ini sesuai dengan peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional dimana kepala sekolah adalah seorang guru yang diberikan tugas tambahan sebagai kepala sekolah atau madrasah untuk memimpin dan mengelola sekolah atau madrasah dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Mengelola sekolah atau madrasah memerlukan model dan gaya kepemimpinan. Model dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah bukanlah suatu kebetulan, akan tetapi ada nilai-nilai yang mendasarinya. yaitu dimensi soft yang mempengaruhi terhadap kinerja individu dan mutu, yaitu nilai-nilai (values), keyakinan (belief), norma, budaya mutu (culture) pembentuk budaya mutu sekolah merupakan perpaduan nilai-nilai, keyakinan, asumsi, pemahaman, dan harapan yang diyakini oleh warga sekolah serta dijadikan pedoman bagi perilaku dan pemecahan masalah internal dan eksternal yang mereka hadapi dan merupakan dasar dan landasan bagi perubahan dalam hidup pribadi atau kelompok.

Penelitian ini mengkaji kualitas pelayanan dengan menggunakan Model SERVQUAL dan IPA (Important Performance Analysis) pada Jurusan Tarbiyah STAIN Gajah Putih. Dimensi pelayanan yang digunakan yaitu : Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Mixed Method dengan Model Sequential Explanatory, jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 1576 mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling menggunakan Rumus Slovin dengan jumlah sampel berjumlah 94 mahasiswa. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menggunakan Skala Likert. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat tiga atribut layanan yang mempunyai kategori yang harus mendapatkan perhatian khusus, sembilan atribut layanan yang berkategori layanan yang baik tetapi mempunyai tingkat prioritas yang rendah, sepuluh atribut layanan yang berkategori atribut layanan yang mempunyai harapan dan persepsi yang rendah serta empat atribut layanan yang mempunyai kategori kinerja yang baik dan telah melampui harapan dari para mahasiswa. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, SERVQUAThis study examines the quality of service using the SERVQUAL and IPA Models (Important Performance Analysis) at the STAIN Gajah Putih Tarbiyah Department. The dimensions of the services used are: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy. The research approach used was Mix Method with Model Sequential Explanatory, the number of population in this study amounted to 1576 students with sampling techniques using Simple Random Sampling using Slovin Formula with a total sample of 94 students. The data used are primary data using a Likert Scale. Based on the results of the study there are three service attributes that have special attention categories, nine service categories that are categorized as good but have a low priority level, ten service attribute categories that have low expectations and perceptions and four service attributes has a good performance category and has exceeded the expectations of the students.Keywords : Service Quality, SERVQUAL And IPA

At the end of each semester in an education unit, a learning evaluation is always carried out. One form of learning evaluation in schools is to carry out final semester exams. This study aims to determine the quality of online business lesson items for class XII SMK Sunan Drajat Lamongan in the odd semester 2017/2018 academic year in terms of validity, reliability, difficulty level and difference tests. This quantitative research is based on data from 21 student answer sheets from 25 multiple choice questions. The use of SPSS and Anates V4 software was used to measure the level of validity, reliability, difficulty level and item difference. The results showed that the validity value obtained was 15 items (60%) were declared invalid and 10 items (40%) were declared valid. Reliability of the items with a Cronbach Alpha value of 0.640> 0.6, which means that the instrument of the 25 items was declared reliable. The level of difficulty of the tested items obtained 5 items in the very easy category, 10 items in the easy category and 10 items in the moderate category. Of the 25 items, 8 items (32%) are good, 7 (28%) are sufficient and 10 (40%) are bad

Tujuan penulisan kajian ini yaitu untuk mengungkap tata kelola pembiayaan di pondok pesantren modern berdasarkan filsafat empiris David Hume dan filsafat positif Auguste Comte. Lokasi kajian yaitu Pesantren Modern Ummul Quro Al-Islami Leuwiliang Bogor. Metode kajian adalah filsafat empiris. Maksud dari kajian ini menggunakan filsafat empiris yaitu kajian ini ditulis berdasarkan pengalaman penulis sebagai sumber dari pengetahuannya yaitu melalui pengamatan/observasi. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa tata kelola pembiayaan pendidikan di Pesantren Modern Ummul Quro Al-Islami telah sesuai dengan standar lembaga pendidikan, semua bentuk pengecekan dan pelaporan sudah menggunakan kwitansi sebagai bukti yang valid. Monitoring dan evaluasi pengelolaan anggaran dilaksanakan oleh sekretaris yayasan dan disetujui oleh pimpinan yayasan. Faktor pendukung pembiayaan di Pesantren ini yaitu banyaknya donatur yang secara sukarela menghibahkan sebagian hartanya seperti mobil, gedung dan lain sebagainya sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu banyaknya santri yang kehilangan kwitansi pembayaran spp. Pengelolaan pembiayaan di lembaga pendidikan islam merupakan salah satu hal yang penting, salah satu manfaatnya yaitu meningkatnya efektivitas serta efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan. Jika pengelolaan pembiayaannya tidak dikelola dengan baik maka akan menimbulkan permasalahan yang substansial.

Sikap komunikatif terhadap anggota dianggap sebagai peluang yang besar bagi perempuan dalam mengisi sector publik. Namun ternyata, kelebihan sikap tersebut tidak menjamin bahwa perempuan dapat mengimbangi presentase keterlibatannya secara signifikan menyamai laki-laki. Berdasarkan data dari Kementrian Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan tahun 2019/2020 bahwa jumlah kepala sekolah perempuan di tingkat sekolah menengah Indonesia berjumlah 9.516 dan kepala sekolah laki-laki berjumlah 26.167. Selanjutnya, perempuan sudah lebih dulu tertampar paradigma bahwa memimpin berarti membawa sesuatu yang berat dan penuh risiko yang bertolak dengan sifat dasar feminim. Namun seiring berjalannya waktu, perempuan mulai menunjukkan eksistensinya dengan keluar dari ranah domestik. Ketercapaian para pemimpin perempuan membuat gaya baru dalam memimpin yang tidak hanya mengandalkan otokratis dari maskulinitas laki-laki. Perbedaan gaya memimpin antara laki-laki dengan gaya maskulinnya dan perempuan dengan feminimnya memberikan kesan yang berbeda bagi tiap anggota. Gaya kepemimpinan yang maskulin cenderung berorientasi pada ketercapaian tugas dan gaya kepemimpinan yang feminim cenderung mengutamakan hubungan kinerja dengan anggotanya. Perbedaan dari sifat dasar maskulin pada laki-laki dan femimim pada perempuan tidak hanya disebabkan oleh konstruk budaya setempat, teapi berdasarkan struktur fisiologis otak laki-laki dan perempuan. Untuk itu, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kejelasan tentang perbedaan struktur otak manusia yang menyebabkan lahirnya tipologi dalam gaya pemimpin maskulin dan feminim untuk selanjutnya diharapkan dapat memberikan implikasi besar pada dunia pendidikan, khususnya pendidikan Islam.

The existence of Islamic education institutions in Indonesia is a reflection of the development of Islamic education, this is because through educational institutions how the implementation of Islamic education is designed and developed, but what is still a problem is from the aspect of management or management. This is due to the fact that many institutional management do not apply good management. Therefore this paper seeks to dig deeper into how the history of the management of Islamic educational institutions is, so that later it can become a foothold or reference in managing institutions in accordance with the characteristics of these institutions. In this study or discussion the writer uses qualitative research with a library research approach and this research is descriptive in nature. The author will collect data in the form of references from books, journals or other sources and the next stage is an in-depth analysis to be able to produce a final conclusion. The result of the review of this article is that the history and dynamics related to the management of Islamic education institutions in this country are very diverse and of course what is of concern is what concrete steps for educational institutions from the management aspect are still not good to become better, and in this case it is our job. together to provide input and moral support to stakeholders to continue to improve the management system of the educational institutions they manage

This research aims to explain the implementation of marketing mix strategy in an effort to increase the number of students in Al Huda Kindergarten malang. This type of research belongs to qualitative research. Data is collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis step consists of data presentation, data reduction, and then drawing conclusions. The results showed that Al Huda Kindergarten successfully used a marketing mix strategy in an effort to increase the number of students. In this effort, the marketing mix strategy used in the form of 7P method, which consists of: product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process. The products offered by Al Huda Kindergarten are Islamic religious-based schools and care about the environment with a superior program of junk blessings. The cost stipulated adjusts the economic level of the surrounding residents. The location of the school is strategic. Promotional activities are conducted with print media, online, and into the field. Quality human resources and continuous efforts to develop. The physical evidence of Al Huda Kindergarten has good infrastructure and is constantly updated. While the learning process is carried out using a group learning model based on the angles of the activity.

The curriculum is at the heart of education. During the Covid pandemic, the government through the ministry of education and culture is working on making the current learning process run well and smoothly even though learning is carried out remotely or online. The latest policy issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture is an emergency curriculum for education units in special conditions. The objectives of the research on the implementation of this emergency curriculum is to knowing the readiness of the school for implementing the emergency curriculum This research uses qualitative research. This research approach is a case study. This research was conducted at SMP PGRI Taropo. Participants in this study were the principal, vice principal in curriculum, and teachers. Data collection techniques using interviews. Data analysis techniques used the Miles Huberman model and were analyzed using the Atlas.ti software version 8. Based on the results of the analysis, the implementation of the emergency curriculum at SMP PGRI Taropo has four important things in its implementation, namely: (1) Teacher Competency Development; (2) Learning Change; (3) Technology Utilization; and (4) Evaluating Learning Outcome

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan pendidikan multikultural dalam proses tranformasi lembaga pendidikan Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) landasan pembangunan pendidikan multikultural terdiri atas landasan agama, historis, psikologis, sosiokultural dan geografis; (2) strategi pengembangan pendidikan multikultural pada lembaga pendidikan Islam dapat ditempuh melalui dua pendekatan, yaitu kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Strategi pengembangan kuantitatif dengan program sosialisasi dan internalisasi melalui kegiatan keilmuan, program inovasi pendidikan multikultural, dan membangun budaya yang mengakomodir semangat dan nilai multikultural di lingkungan lembaga Islam. Sedangkan strategi pengembangan kualitatif adalah program studi intensif Al-Quran dan Sunnah Rosul, program revisi kurikulum, program diklat tenaga pendidik, dan program kearifan lokal.

Pemerintahan melalui SISDIKNAS nomer 20 tahun 2003 pasal 4 ayat 5 menegaskan urgensi pembentukan masyarakat literat bagi Indonesia. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dibentuklah sistem Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) bagi tiap satuan pendidikan, salah satunya ialah madrasah. Madrasah dengan karakteristiknya berupa Pendidikan Agama Islam PAI berupaya merealisasikan ide gagasan GLS dalam ekosistem sekolah secara umum dan pembelajaran PAI secara khusus. Didukung dengan kebijakan dan kepemimpinan transformatif di madrasah, GLS dikemas melalui tahapan-tahapan khusus. Metode penelitian kali ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dan bersifat deskriptif-analitis, analisis data kali ini melalui tahap reduksi data yakni pemilihan, pemusatan pembahasan, pengabstraksian dari keseluruhan grand data menuju pada beberapa data terpilih yang dibutuhkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimimpinan transformatif di madrasah dalam menerapkan GLS memberikan kebijakan kurikulum integratif, dimana pengembangan mutu pendidikan digerakkan secara simultan melalui elemen guru, staf sekolah, peserta didik, materi ajar sekaligus metode pengajaran, lingkungan sekolah dan masyarakat eksternal. Dengan demikian, GLS tidak hanya berpusat pada peserta didik namun warga sekolah secara luas dengan tetap memperhatikan prinsip dan tahapan penerapan GLS sebagaimana yang ditetapkan Kemdikbud dalam buku panduan GLS.

Pembelajaran online yang sudah cukup lama dilakukan akibat pandemi covid 19 meninggalkan berbagai kendala dan masalah. Kendala dan masalah tersebut mengakibatkan pembelajaran yang dilakukan tidak maksimal dan kurang efektif. Karena itu, perlu adanya inovasi untuk mengurai permasalahan yang telah lama menimpa pembelajaran online di sekolah. Salah satu inovasi yang dilakukan SMA Sejahtera Prigen adalah menerapkan model blended learning. Peniliti mengkaji penerapan tersebut dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskritif. Dan peniliti menemukan bahwa penerapan blended learning di SMA Sejahtera Prigen cukup memberikan hasil yang memuaskan, karena dengan model tersebut sekolah dapat menemukan solusi dari beberapa kendala saat pembelajaran online, diantaranya adalah Terbangunnya komunikasi yang efektif, mengurai kejenuhan, mengejar ketertinggalan, serta mempermudah pemahaman materi. Dengan begitu dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan blended learning di SMA Sejahtera Prigen cukup efektif untuk meminimalisir permalasahan pembelajaran online pada masa pandemi covid 19, sekaligus meningkatkan kemandirian siswa dalam tanggung jawab belajarnya.

Abstract :Islamic boarding schools have modernized their education systems, where Islamic boarding schools have included general education systems such as Madrasahs or organized types of public schools such as junior high schools, high schools and even universities in their environment, not only that pesantren now also include entrepreneurship education.In this study the authors used a qualitative approach, data collected through observation techniques, interviews and documentation, then analyzed through Data Collection (Data Collection), Data Reduction (Data Reduction), Presentation of Data (Data Display) and Conclusion Withdrawal or Verification. To guarantee the validity of the data, the authors examine the validity of the data using triangulation techniques, source triangulation and method triangulation.The results of this study are management carried out by the head of the Buluh River Darul Aufa Islamic Boarding School in Muara Bulian District, Batanghari Regency in developing agrobinsist entrepreneurship, namely by implementing management functions, but the implementation of management functions has not been maximized, such as planning that has not been systematically organized. not yet on target, mobilization that has not been maximized and supervision that has not been programmed and is ongoing. Keywords : Management of Islamic Boarding Schools; Agribusiness Entrepreneurship Abstrak :Pondok Pesantren telah memodernisasikan sistem pendidikannya, dimana dalam Pondok Pesantren telah dimasukkan sistem pendidikan umum seperti Madrasah atau menyelenggarakan tipe-tipe sekolah umum seperti SMP, SMA dan bahkan Perguruan Tinggi dalam lingkungannya, tidak hanya itu saja dewasa ini pesantren juga memasukkan pendidikan kewirausahaan.Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui Pengumpulan Data (Data Collection), Reduksi Data (Data Reduction), Penyajian Data (Data Display) dan Penarikan Kesimpulan atau Verification. Untuk menjamin keabsahan data, maka penulis menguji keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi teknik, triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode.Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu manajemen yang dilakukan pimpinan Pondok Pesantren Darul Aufa di Desa Sungai Buluh Kecamatan Muara Bulian Kabupaten Batanghari dalam mengembangkan kewirausahaan agrobinsis yaitu dengan menerapkan fungsi-fungsi manajemen, namun penerapan fungsi manajemen tersebut belum maksimal, seperti perencanaan yang belum dilakukan secara sistematis, pengorganisasian yang belum tepat sasaran, penggerakan yang belum maksimal dan pengawasan yang belum dilakukan secara terprogram dan berkelanjutan. The Art To Manage It
This article is oriented to uncover and review the administration development, the formulation of the administration of Islamic education, and the art of managing it. This article examined the literature on the administration of education that usually refers to the west and adapts it to the administration of Islamic education and then manages it with the arts and principles of Islam (Qur'an and Hadith) as well as other Islamic thinkers and the author described it systematically. The results of the article: (1). Development of Islamic education administration through 4 stages (classical organization theory, human relations approach, behavioral science approach, post-behavioral-science approach era), (2). Formulation of Islamic education administration: implementing planning, organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating, reporting, and budgeting which is integrated with the approach of human relationships (meeting the needs of employees, motivation, and the relationship of subordinates and managers) based on Islamic principles. (3). The art of management: strategy (shaping human resources as agents of change in Islam, planning Islamic-based education administration model), implementation (controlling the suitability of planning and implementation, leaders provide motivation, fostering, paying attention to subordinates and participating directly, implications (results and impacts of implementation evaluated and improved) to conform to the principle of continuous improvement.

The dynamics of the development of educational institutions in Indonesia cannot be stopped, let alone limit the rapid development of institutions. Not a few institutions have closed down due to the lack of interest in the community to send their children to school. The problem basically concerns the quality of the institution, especially human resources who play a role as the subject or manager of the institution. For quality institutions, it is certain that they will not be displaced by global developments and the demands of the community for quality education. The research method of this article is qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. This type of research is a case study with a multi-case design considering the choice of two research institutions even though one shelter, namely early childhood education and primary school Anak Saleh Malang City. The results showed that early childhood education has four strategies in improving the quality of human resources, including: training, professional development, career development, and performance appraisal. One of the four strategies has the theme of developing human resources through workshops on the responsibilities of employees in schools and families. Meanwhile, the Saleh Children Primary School has three strategies for developing human resources, namely: monitoring, evaluation and follow-up. Among the three strategies, one of the activity designs is the awarding of employees through employee and teacher months including the involvement of parents in follow-up programs. School-based management emerged as a solution to achieve equal distribution of educational needs in accordance with the context of each school. This study conducted a case study to reveal the obstacles faced by SMAN 8 Rejang Lebong in implementing the school-based management. All parts of SMAN 8 Rejang Lebong from leadership components, teachers, staffs, to students were involved as the informants who were selected purposively to provide the required data. Data were collected using interviews and observations which were then triangulated and analyzed using an interactive model. The findings revealed several obstacles in the application of school-based management, namely: first, curriculum management had been implemented properly, but student learning achievements were still not optimal. Second, the management of Educators and Education ahd been carried out, but the implementation was not optimal. Third, student management had been carried out, but funding for student activities was still lacking. Fourth, financial management had been carried out, but finances were too limited. Fifth, improvement in the management of facilities and infrastructure had been carried out, but it had not been able to support learning achievement. Sixth, the school had carried out the management of school and community relations, but the communication had not been established as expected.

AbstracThis research shows several activities carried out in the home, working from home and studying from home. Learning from home is called online (learning with online sites). The design and application of long-distance learning literacy with the topic of Corona Virus 2019 Covid-19 aims to avoid this pandemic which is currently spreading completely and is very deadly. With this pandemic, it has not made the world of education lack sense in developing learning in the world of education at the RA, SD, SMP, SMA and Higher Education levels as well as Ponpes. Especially for students / learners who are still using via online as an intermediary for connecting their knowledge, while still minimizing the obstacles that occur during the online period. Therefore this discussion will be interesting. (1) the obstacles faced by students / learners, (2) the efforts made by the teachers / teachers / lecturers / educators, (3) the solutions made by the students / students and the teachers / teachers / lecturers / educators. This research uses a case study method and the research approach uses a qualitative case study method which is used to obtain information on the online learning process at the level of students who are still active in the world of higher education and Islamic boarding schools. The aim of the research is to find out to what extent, since the existence of Covid-19, all economies in the first world have collapsed as well as the world of education, including universities and boarding schools. The online school system will be implemented starting in the month of 2020. Not only in Indonesia but throughout the world. Penelitian kualitatif ini mengkaji implementasi isu sustainabilitas di perguruan tinggi Islam di Aceh, Indonesia. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan kajian dokumen serta observasi sebagai unsur utama. Untuk analisis data, peneliti mengombinasikan metrik sustainabilitas LaTrobe University dan konsep Three Levels of Culture Edgar Schein. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perguruan tinggi sampel belum memiliki konsep yang nyata terkait isu sustainabilitas, namun memiliki implementasi yang samar-samar pada aspek 'sustainabilitas tersembunyi'. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar perguruan tinggi mulai memikirkan aspek sustainabilitas secara serius guna memberikan manfaat yang nyata, khususnya di aspek lingkungan serta sosial-ekonomi.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of SKUA program management in shaping the religious character of students at MA Ummul Quro Putri Pamekasan. The method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis type. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data collected was analyzed with the stages of data condensation activities, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the research that have been conducted show that: First, the process of implementing the SKUA program management in shaping the religious character of students at MA Ummul Quro Putri consists of five stages, planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating. Second, the impact obtained is to deepen students scientific treasures, slowly students begin to learn daily practices with discipline, each student begins ti be directed ti have a religious character and students begin to get used ti religius attitudes and traits. Third, the inhibiting factor is the lack of awareness of students how important the SKUA program is in daily life, student personal differences and different environmental factors have a negative impact on the formation of students religious character. Solution that can be done to overcome these inhibiting factors are by firt identifying the problems faced by students and then looking for solutions, providing sanctions related to religion, and providing special guidance to overcome problems that cannot be solved by sanctions.

This paper aims to reveal the management of education financing at the Putra Darul Hikam Dago Giri boarding school Bandung. This study uses a qualitative method with the type of field research. The results showed that the education financing management at the Putra Darul Hikam Dago Giri boarding school Bandung, includes: Planning based on the evaluation of the previous year's budget, which was carried out by the Treasurer, Head of Bureau II and Head of Boarding school approved by the college director. Sources of funding are obtained from guardians of students, boarding, donors and foundations. Financing management includes entry and exit costs which include personnel, non-personnel and investment costs. Operational budget supervision is carried out by the Head of Bureau II and the Director of Darul Hikam College. Financial reports are carried out by two parties, namely by the foundation through the Darul Hikam college and by the chairman of the Boarding which is called the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) system.

During the covid-19 pandemic, new rules in the world of education have started, namely the shift of a learning process form face to face to online. Therefore, the researcher aims to find out what e-lear ing media are widely used in the online learning process and the advantages and disadvantages of learning in the Islamic Education Management Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Google classroom and whatsapp are online learning media that are quite in demand by users, both as the only media or as supporting media. The advantages of implementing e-learning are that students become independent, flexible, save on stationery, and students become active. The drawbacks of implementing e-learning are that the interaction between lecturers and students becomes more distant, students who do not have the motivation to learn tend to fail, limited internet access, and the teaching and learning process tends towards training rather than education.

This research design uses quantitative research with data acquisition through research instruments filled by 449 teachers from the territory of Indonesia through purposive sampling method and data analysis technique using Rasch Modeling. The research instrument before being used was first assessed by experts (expert judgment) and tested on 10 teachers. The reseach found: (1) There were 10 statement items that were proven to be able to accurately measure the teacher's professional commitment variable; (2) Some actions are recommended to increase teacher professional commitment: (i) encourage teachers to commit to completing tasks that exceed the standards set by the school; (ii) encourage teachers to be more actively involved in teacher professional activities; (iii) encourage teachers to internalize school values; (iv) encourage teachers to complete all tasks in school; and (v) encourage teachers to have the ability to adapt to various changes in education.Keywords: professional commitment, Rasch Modeling, teacher commitment Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menemukan sebuah instrumen yang mampu secara tepat mengukur variabel komitmen profesional guru sekaligus memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkannya. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pemerolehan data melalui instrumen penelitian yang diisi oleh 449 guru dari wilayah Indonesia melalui metode purposive sampling dan teknik analisis data menggunakan Pemodelan Rasch. Instrumen penelitian sebelum digunakan terlebih dahulu mendapat penilaian dari ahli (expert judgement) dan diujicobakan terhadap 10 guru. Penelitian menemukan: (1) Ditemukan 10 butir pernyataan yang terbukti mampu mengukur dengan tepat (fit) variable komitmen profesional guru; (2) Direkomendasikan beberapa tindakan untuk peningkatan komitmen profesional guru: (i) mendorong guru untuk berkomitmen menyelesaikan tugas yang melebihi standar yang ditetapkan sekolah; (ii) mengupayakan para guru untuk lebih terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan profesional guru; (iii) mendorong guru untuk menginternalisasi nilai-nilai sekolah; (iv) mendorong guru dapat menyelesaikan semua tugas di sekolah: dan (v) mendorong guru untuk memiliki kemampuan beradaptasi dengan berbagai perubahan dalam pendidikan. Organizational culture has a very important role in improving the quality of the organization. If the role of culture can function properly, it can be expected that organizational performance will increase. The purpose of this research article was to understand and describe the role of the principal in the process of forming organizational culture in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Malang. This research uses a qualitative approach through a case study design using a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by: in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. The informant's sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out by means of: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, checking the validity of the data is carried out using the following criteria: credibility, dependability, and confirmability. The results showed that: First, the leader factor has an important role in the process of forming organizational culture. Second, the process of forming organizational culture occurs through several stages, namely: the adaptation stage, the pattern search stage, the system building stage, and the stage for forming organizational culture as self-identity. The results of this study are expected to be useful for the development of organizational culture theory and also the development of Islamic educational institutions, especially in the development of organizational culture.

Salah satu problem yang dihadapi pendidikan Indonesia adalah anggapan bahwa sekolah bukan lagi sebagai tempat yang menyenangkan bagi siswa. Guru hanya fokus pada konten materi pelajaran untuk mengejar nilai dan rangking sekolah sehingga nilai sosial dan emotional serta karakter cenderung dilupakan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sekolah dipandang kurang menyenangkan. Gerakan sekolah menyenangkan adalah gerakan sosial bersama guru untuk mencipatakan budaya belajar kritis, kreatif, mandiri dan menyenangkan di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaulasi program gerakan sekolah menyenangkan yang dilakukan oleh SD Negeri Redjodani. Penelitian ini merupakan peneltian evaluasi dengan model CIPP yang dikembangkan oleh Stuflebeam yang mendasarkan pada konteks, input, proses, dan produk suatu program sebagai komponen yang dievaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa melalui metode social emotional learning (SEL) pembelajaran di SDN Rejodani menjadi menyenangkan dengan berbagai macam bentuk kegiatan dari guru untuk guru maupun daru guru untuk siswa serta dari orang tua untuk siswa diantaranya yaitu; Workhsop GSM; Circle Time; Project; Zona Emosi; Zona Cita-cita; Zona Harapan Orang Tua; Kantung Kebaikan; dan Jurnal Harian. Ditinjau dari efektivitas konteks, input, process,dan product pada program Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan melalui metode SEL secara keseluruhan efektivitas program Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan melalui metode SEL sudah dapat dikatakan “efektif” karena tiga komponen dari empat komponen yang dievaluasi sudah dapat dinyatakan terpenuhi secara optimal. Hasil evaluasi yang telah dilaksanakan oleh peneliti menghasilkan rekomendasi untuk “merevisi program”, dikarenakan masih terdapat satu kompenen yang belum dapat dinilai efektif dan masih perlu diadakannya perbaikan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstrak. Pembiayaan pendidikan berbasis Agama, pada umumnya mengalami beberapa kendala dalam mengelola pembiayaan pendidikan, dalam mengelola pembiayaan pendidikan yang menitikberatkan pada pendistribusian benefit pendidikan dan beban yang ditanggung masyarakat, jumlah nilai uang yang dibelanjakan atau jasa pelayanan dengan tujuan kebutuhan siswa, dalam hal yang sangat penting dalam pembiayaan pendidikan adalah berupa besar uang yang harus dibelanjakan, dari mana sumber uang yang diperoleh, dan kepada siapa uang harus dibelanjakan, manajemen pendidikan Islam menjadi penting untuk dipelajari agar supaya aktivitas kelembagaan berjalan sesuai dengan ajaran syariat Islam yaitu Al-Qur’an dan Hadis serta menjadikan lembaga pendidikan yang bermutu, Islam memandang pembiayaan pendidikan yang diselenggarakan negara, sepenuhnya ditanggung oleh Negara. Sejarah Islam setidaknya sudah menunjukkan hal itu, maka lembaga pendidikan Islam seharusnya kembali kepada khittah pengelolaan pembiayaan pendidikan sebagaimana sudah dicontohkan oleh para khalifah di kekhilafahan Islam. The curriculum becomes an important component in education. Therefore, the development of curriculum in Islamic education is an inevitability, because change must happen with the times. Therefore, the purpose of this writing will be to review the policy of developing of islamic education curriculum, especially in Indonesia by taking into history and regulations. This article uses library research method with content analysis approach. The results showed that the Curriculum Development of Islamic Education in the historical review from the independence period to the reform era continues to change according to the conditions and needs. The development of Islamic education curriculum is divided into 3 periods; i.e. first, the old order period, there were 3 changes, namely the curriculum in 1947, 1952, and the curriculum in 1964; second, the new order period, there were 4 changes, the curriculum 1968, 1975, 1984, and curriculum 1994; third, the reform period, there have been 3 changes, the 2004 curriculum (KBK), curriculum 2006 (KTSP), curriculum 2013 used until now. While in the review of islamic education curriculum regulation there are 4 categories, first, the regulation of madrasah curriculum follows Law Number 20 of 2003 about national education system; second, the regulation of pesantren curriculum follows Law Number 18 of 2019 about Pesantren; third, the regulation of islamic religious college curriculum induces Law Number 12 of 2012 about higher education; and fourth, the regulation of Islamic religious education curriculum for schools / public campuses induces Law Number 20 of 2003 about natioal education system.

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang otoritas karismatik TGH Syahri Ramadhan dalam membentuk budaya religius di pondok pesantren Darul Musthofa Nahdlatul Wathan Lombok Barat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan: (1) observasi rangkaian kegiatan santri di pondok pesantren untuk mengamati budaya religius sehari-hari dan (2) wawancara mendalam kepada para asatidz, tokoh masyarakat dan ketua yayasan untuk menggali otoritas kepemimpinan karismatik TGH Syahri Ramadhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Pertama, sumber otoritas karismatik TGH Syahri Ramadhan adalah kewibawaan dan karomah yang lahir dari amalan wirid serta didukung dengan tradisi pendidikan Islam Nahdlatun Wathann (NW) yang memiliki jargon“sami’na wa atho’na” artinya “kami mendengar dan kami taat” yang tertanam pada seluruh warga pondok pesantren. Kedua, strategi kepemimpinan karismatik TGH Syahri Ramadhan dalam membetuk budaya religius melalui: (1) penanaman ideologi Ahlusunnah Waljamaah (Aswaja) bermazab Imam asy-Syafi’I, (2) pembiasaan budaya religius seperti: (a) kegiatan rutin harian, (b) mewajibkan seluruh kegiatan keagamaan, (c) menciptakan lingkungan religius, (d) melibatkan seluruh warga sekolah. (3) tatanan simbol dalam bentuk atribut dan aktivifitas seni. Kata kunci: Otoritas Kepemimpinan, Karismatik, Tuan Guru, Budaya religius.

As part of inclusion education, Education for All (EfA) or Pendidikan untuk Semua (PuS) has six main programs, including the inclusion program of Early Childhood Education (Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini or PAUD). This article is compiled based on a qualitative approach, which is a type of field research and presented descriptively. This article highlights the role of Shadow Teacher as one of the main keys to the success of inclusion education in PAUD Terpadu Inklusi Bina Insan Kreatif (BIK) in Tasikmalaya city. The findings of the article show that Shadow Teacher has a variety of relatively different roles and responsibilities than class teachers. But it plays a big role in helping the success of learning carried out by class teachers, especially related to Children with Special Needs (Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus or ABK). In undergoing its roles and responsibilities, Shadow Teacher applies various strategies to assist the development of ABK students, in the academic, non-academic and self-developed fields. Furthermore, the PAUD Terpadu Inklusi BIK institute has such a crucial policy related to improving the quality, qualifications and competency of Shadow Teacher that it can provide better inclusion education services for ABK students in particular, and for other stakeholders in general.

AbstractThe research’s context is that is new challenges for teachers in facing Era 5.0, the teachers must be to make new breakthroughs in designing innovative and interesting active learning. As educators in the era of society 5.0, teachers must have digital skills and creative thinking. Educators are also required must be to create innovative learning and dinamic. To realize the implementation of innovative and dynamic learning, one can implement a learning approach that can improve skills of critical thinking as name is the Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) approach. The aims of this reseach is to discribe that in developing students' skillis of critical thinking in Islamic religious education (PAI) subjects, that is necessary to implement learning with the Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) approach. This study is using the methods of qualitative method and that approach is used approach of descriptive. The locus of this study at SMAN 2 Pasuruan. That point data sources of the study are PAI teachers, students of X Bahasa, X IPS I and X MIPA I and the principal. The sources of others Data are books, journals, studi result and document as a previous research, documents for class X quiz questions, photos and audio. The Collection Data used the techniques of observation, interview, and documentation. The analysis data is used The technique of qualitative. The studi is outcoming about the implementation of the HOTS approach in PAI learning can be doing strat from making lesson plans, then implementing PAI learning by applying the HOTS approach and at the end of the learning implementation an evaluation is carried out to find out the results of the implementation of this HOTS approach. From the findings in the application of PAI learning using the HOTS approach, it is mapped into 3 parts, namely, the initial part, namely the teacher analyzing the learning method that will be used and the results can be concluded that class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Pasuruan have been able to improve their critical thinking skills, they can also solve problems such as in the topic of Behavioral Discipline. At the next stage, the teacher must evaluate to the method has aplicated in the class, for example, the PAI teacher gives negative statements that need to be corrected by students, then students describe ideas and input about these statements, for example, Discipline Attitudes and Attitudes Competing in doing good. In the final stage, the teacher manifests seeing the transformation of the behavior of Class X students after receiving PAI lessons.Keywords: HOTS Approach, Islamic Education Learning, Think Critical AbstrakLatar belakang penelitian ini adanya tantangan baru bagi guru dalam menghadapi Era 5.0, guru dituntut dapat membuat trobosan-trobosan baru dalam mendesain pembelajaran yang aktif inovatif dan menarik. Sebagai Tenaga Pendidik di era society 5.0, maka adanya guru harus memiliki digital’s skills dan creative thinking. Tenaga pendidik juga diharuskan mampu menciptakan pembalajaran yang inovatif dan dinamis. Untuk mewujudkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang inovatid dan dinamis dapat mengimplementasikan pendekatan pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis disebut pendekatan Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Tulisan ini menyajikan tentang sebuah teknik yang dapat digunakan oleh guru dalam upaya mengasah dan meningkatkan Critical Thinking Skills siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI ini dapat memanfaatkan pendekatan Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Adapun penggunaan metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini berada di SMAN 2 Pasuruan. Pengambilan data ini diambil dari sumber data kunci yaitu Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, para siswa Kelas X Bahasa, X IPS I dan X MIPA 1 dan juga kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini juga didukung dengan adanya sumber data tambahan yang dihasilkan dari beberapa buku, ebook, Jurnal Publikasi dan juga hasil dan dokumentasi. Data dokumentasi berupa arsip Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran, arsip Soal Quis untuk kelas X, beberapa foto dan audio pembelajaran. Dalam pengumpulan data penelitian ini, peneliti memanfaatkan teknik pengamatan lapangan, interview dengan sumber data, serta mengumpulkan arsip-arsip yang dapat menjadi data dalam penelitian ini. Untuk mengalasis hasil penelitian ini, peneliti mengguunak teknik analisis data kualitatif deskriptif. Temuan penelitian dapat menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Pendekatan HOTS dalam pembelajaran PAI tersebut, pelasanaannya dapat dilakukan melalui merencanakan dengan membuat RPP, lalu melaksanakan pembelajaran PAI dengan menerapkan Pendekatan HOTS dan di akhir pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui hasil dari implementasi pendekatan HOTS ini. Dari hasil temuan dalam penerapan pembelajaran PAI menggunakan pendekatan HOTS ini dipetakan menjadi 3 bagian yaitu, bagian awal yakni Guru melakukan analisis terhadap metode pembelajaran yang akan digunakan dan hasilnya dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa kelas X SMAN 2 Pasuruan telah mampu meningkatkan kemampuan berfikirnya secara kritis, mereka juga dapat menyelesaikan masalah seperti dalam topik berprilaku Disiplin. Pada tahapan selanjutnya Guru melaksanakan evaluasi terhadap penerapan metode yang digunakan dalam Proses belajar mengajar, seperti contoh guru PAI memberikan pernyataan negatif yang perlu dikoreksi oleh siswa, kemudian siswa mendeskripsikan ide-ide dan masukan tentang pernyataan tersebut misal materi Sikap Disiplin dan Sikap Berlomba-lomba dalam berbuat kebaikan. Di tahap akhir, Guru melakukan manifestasi melihat transformasi perilaku siswa-siswa Kelas X sesudah menerima pelajaran PAI. Kata kunci: Pendekatan HOTS, Mata Pelajaran PAI, Critical Think Skills

PENGALAMAN PROSES PEMBELAJARAN JARAK JAUH DI PERGURUAN KEAGAMAAN ISLAM NEGERI: DAMPAK PANDEMI COVID-19

The Covid-19 pandemic has wholly changed all aspects of life, including the learning system in higher education. So that the learning process must be carried out with a total distance education model, in its implementation, it is not accompanied by good planning. The main purpose of this study is to describe and examine the differences in the experiences of lecturers and students in carrying out the learning process with the distance education model as the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative approach and a different test. The research instrument is a questionnaire designed based on distance education theory. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale (1=strongly disagree to 5=strongly agree). Data were collected through surveys to lecturers and students. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the questionnaire was designed in a Google Form and distributed through the WhatsApp Group of colleagues at several Islamic Universities in Indonesia. The number of respondents collected was N=527 (n=123 lecturers and n=404 students). Before data analysis, data were edited, and the result was that all data were declared valid. Data analysis used the Categorization Index and a different test with the Independent-Samples Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test approach. The results of the descriptive research show that the learning process using the distance education model, from the experience of the lecturers, is stated to be less effective and even tends to be ineffective. Student experience also shows the same thing, which is less effective, and the small number of many students say it is effective. The difference in experience in the learning process with the distance education model between lecturers and students is different. This difference is caused by the habit between lecturers and students using information technology devices as a medium in distance education that is not the same.

Moral education is very important given to students or students as the nation's successor. Teachers and lecturers are educators who are very responsible for providing moral education to students or students, both directly and indirectly. One way that can we use as a media of moral education at higher education or campus is through the application of learning contracts or lecture contracts. Lecturers and college students make an agreement that they will run together for one semester. The implementation of this lecture contract will get maximum results if it starts with a good planning, implementation and evaluation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengelolaan website dan subdomain dalam konteks akreditasi 9 kriteria terutama pada kriteria 4, kriteria 7 dan 8 terutama karya yang dihasilkan dosen, tenaga kependidikan serta mahasiswa. Metode yang dipakai dalam riset ini adalah analisis konten. Cara menelaahnya dengan mengamati konten yang ada di website perguruan tinggi dan subdomain dengan validasi teks-teks yang diunggah secara umum maupun secara khusus pada IAIN Surakarta. Website utama maupun subdomain ada 13 tetapi yang diambil hanya 7 buah dengan dasar unit kerja yang langsung bersinggungan dengan civitas akademika dan melaksanakan aktivitas tridharma perguruan tinggi. Data bersumber dari konten pada website dan subdomain dengan divalidasi melalui angket. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, dan dijelaskan dengan menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengacu pada akreditasi 9 kriteria dengan titik tekan pada kriteria 4, 7 dan 8. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa website dan subdomain masih belum lengkap dilihat dari kriteria 4, 7 dan 8.

This research was conducted against the background of important asset and wealth management in educational institutions, especially Islamic educational institutions. This is because many Islamic educational institutions do not know the potential of their assets. Asset management using wealth management with Robert's quadrant cashflow approach. T. Kiyosaki can be used as a reference in mapping the assets owned by Islamic educational institutions, to then be developed and can have an impact on aspects of education support, one of which is wealth management facilities and infrastructure conducted in sunan drajat boarding school is done with the aim that the foundation can meet the needs independently without depending on other parties, especially in the development of educational facilities and infrastructure. This study includes qualitative research. Data is collected through interviews, documentation and observations. The results of the study showed that: 1) Wealth management, especially finance is carried out with a closed-transparent principle, with the division between educational financial institutions (BKK) and business financial institutions (Perkom) while holding the concept of financial management and financial management principles. 2) Wealth management conducted in sunan drajat boarding school using cashflow quadrant submitted by Robert T. Kyoosakai that has been modified in accordance with the educational environment, shows that Sunan Drajat boarding school is close to financial freedom in the management of his wealth. 3) The impact of Wealth Management in the development of educational facilities and infrastructure in Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat, among others, the first, the completeness of educational facilities and infrastructure. Kemampuan kepemimpinan yang dikembangkan dengan memegang prinsip secara Islam oleh seorang individu dalam mempimpin sebuah lembaga pendidikan Islam tentu akan memberikan pengaruh pada pengembangan mutu pada lembaga Pendidikan Islam tersebut. Tujuan dari kajian pada penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis konsep kepemimpinan berdasarkan standarisasi prinsip keislaman yang ada pada dua lembaga Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam (PTKI) swasta yang ada di kota Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian penelitian ini adalah melalui kajian kepustakaan dan studi lapangan. Hasil yang didapatkan berdasarkan proses penelitian ini adalah kedua PTKI swasta yang ada di kota Bengkulu telah menjalankan proses kepemimpinan pada lembaganya mengedepankan prinsip-prinsip secara Islam berupa kualifikasi, tujuan bersama, gaya kepemimpinan, tingkah laku, tanggung jawab dan menjaga keseimbangan. Selain itu, prinsip- prinsip aplikasi kepemimpinan secara Islam yang telah dijabarkan sebagai hasil analisis di atas telah dijadikan rambu- rambu dalam pengambilan keputusan pada lembaga pendidikan tinggi Islam yang dalam hal ini adalah pada dua PTKI yang ada di kota Bengkulu dengan tujuan dan harapan dapat meningkatkan mutu kelembagaan yang mereka pimpin.

In times of crisis the COVID-19 pandemic requires that all aspects of life undergo changes from conventionality becomes digital, and the impact is no exception for institutions Islamic education. This article examines the prophetic leadership strategies in Islamic educational institutions in the era of change due to the COVID-19 Pandemic in relation to the way the institution can survive various changes that occur, under the control of a leader. This research method uses field research, namely field research at STAIT BIAS Yogyakarta with Interviewed several respondents, field observations, and documentation analysis using data in the form of doumen and related data sources contained in islamic educational institutions. Data analysis using miles and huberman methods is by data collection, data reduction, presentation of data, and withdrawal of conclusions or verification of data. Based on the results of research that the prophetic leadership strategy in managing the Islamic education institution STAIT BIAS Yogyakarta during the crisis due to the COVID-9 pandemic is the leadership is trying to provide a decision that is important for all members of the academic community. As for example the policy of sidiq aspect , that the value of honesty built is in terms of presence, at STAIT BIAS Yogyakarta does not use finger print but is written manual in the journal of the presence of both lecturers and employees. The trust or amanah aspect, STAIT BIAS Yogyakarta is accustomed to starting to build that value from a small thing, namely when the meeting is all obliged to record the results of the verdict agreed in the meeting. Its function as a reminder so that the decision can be realized as well as possible. Aspect tablig, the leaders in setting policy decisions not only look at the rules of the Foundation, but consider from the aspect of regulations that develop in the community with the principle of maintaining benefits, for example in the determination of Work From Home (WFH). The fatanah well,intelligence here is how the leader is able to present as a problem solver and provide the best solution. At STAIT BIAS Yogyakarta in the face of pandemic crisis in decision making always considers the aspects of the safety of the academic community and the welfare in general. So that the policies rolled out can provide solutions to what is a common need. The implication of this research has been done as an improvement in scientific characteristics about prophetic leadership related to managing Islamic educational institutions in times of crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Pesantren is an educational institution in Indonesia that focuses on developing the religious character of its students. Pesantren has developed into various types, one of which is student boarding schools. Pesantren as educational institutions need to evaluate their educational programs to measure the extent of their effectiveness in achieving goals. One of the methods that are often used in the evaluation is the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. This study aims to evaluate the student boarding school education program with the CIPP model. The location of this research is at the Student Islamic Boarding School of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. The method used is qualitative and quantitative. Data collection techniques using observations, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The results showed that the evaluation of the context aspect, in general, was effective, the evaluation of the input aspect was considered quite effective, the evaluation of the process aspect still needed to be improved, while the evaluation of the product aspect was considered to be lacking.

Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) secara tidak langsung menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi dunia pendidikan saat ini. Hal tersebut menyebabkan kurang maksimalnya proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan secara tidak langsung (tatap muka) yang dapat menyulitkan peserta didik dalam memahami isi materi pelajaran. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan solusi yang tepat mengenai media pembelajaran yang sesuai untuk digunakan dosen (pendidik) dalam menyampaikan materi kepada mahasiswa. Salah satu media yang dapat dijadikan solusi atau digunakan selama proses pembelajaran daring tersebut yaitu adanya video pembelajaran yang menggabungkan tipe belajar secara audio dan visual. Seperti yang telah diterapkan dalam mata kuliah Praktikum PAI di UIN Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ditemukan bahwa secara garis besar video pembelajaran yang digunakan sebagai bagian dari tugas bagi para mahasiswa memberikan respon yang positif dalam hal memotivasi dan meningkatkan pemahaman materi secara lebih mudah. Hal tersebut dikarenakan video pembelajaran yang digunakan dapat menarik perhatian serta bisa dipelajari secara berulang. Dengan begitu dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan video pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa di UIN Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal pondok pesantren dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, dan Threats) untuk mengetahui strategi yang tepat bagi pondok pesantren dalam menghadapi Revolusi Industri 4.0. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Quran Cijantung, Ciamis. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi sedangkan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini mengikuti prosedur, sebagai berikut: tahap reduksi data, tahap penyajian data, tahap penarikan kesimpulan/ tahap verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menyoroti beberapa hal-hal berikut: 1) Strengths (misalnya, kekuatan pesantren termasuk infrastruktur yang baik, tingkat sekolah formal yang lengkap, penggunaan media sosial yang aktif, daya serap lulusan yang tinggi, dan kurikulum unggulan Tahfidz dan Tamyiz); 2) Weaknesses (misalnya, kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang mumpuni di bidang Informasi dan Teknologi dan kurangnya sistem manajemen informasi Pesantren); 3) Opportunities (misalnya, adanya sekolah formal yang terikat untuk memenuhi kesempatan pendidikan formal, kepuasan dan kepercayaan orang tua kepada sekolah yang ditunjukkan dengan kesediaannya menyekolahkan seluruh anaknya, dan perkembangan teknologi untuk melakukan promosi dan syiar), dan; 4) Threats (misalnya keberadaan pondok pesantren lain, sekolah negeri, dan sekolah swasta di sekitar pesantren).Kata kunci: Analisis SWOT, Pesantren, Islamic Boarding School

The Application of Technology, Pedagogy, Content, Knowledge (TPACK) During The COVID-19 Pandemic

This study aims to explore the application of TPACK during the Covid-19 pandemic in online learning. This research used narrative interviewing to analysis data. The participants were students and lecture who participated in online learning, with data collection interview with some lecture and student. The student’s participants in this study were willing to respond utilized Google Forms with open questions for collecting data. The research findings that students’ responses to the learning plan, learning content, learning strategies, class management, learning assessments, and supporting skills. It can be seen that student responses to the application of TPACK were based on online learning during the pandemic. The results showed three issues i.e. pedagogy knowledge, content knowledge and technical knowledge which were described in several indicators i.e. lesson plan, content material, teaching strategies, assessment, class management, and supporting skills. The mastery of TPACK itself was still not fully understood and conducted by lecturers in integrating technology-based material due to time constraints, lack of creativity in designing, and lecturers are more comfortable using conventional methods in delivering material, namely PowerPoint. This research implied that online learning changes not yet increased the lecturers’ creativity in designing teaching materials. Even though they obtained knowledge from attending workshops on teaching material design, lecturers still need assistance designing teaching materials according to the TPACK consept.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen kurikulum khas di suatu lembaga pendidikan dalam upaya meningkatkan perekonomian mandiri siswa. Manajemen yang terprogram dilakukan untuk mengoptimalkan dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Termasuk sistem administrasi suatu program pembelajaran. Khususnya program kewirausahaan. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di SD Rabbani Arcamanik. Kurikulum yang diterapkannya adalah kurikulum tajir. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa manajemen kurikulum tajir terdiri dari proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Perencanaan kurikulum melalui tahap sosialisasi dan pemodalan. Proses pelaksanaan melibatkan guru, siswa, orang tua dan bidang kurikulum. Sedangkan proses evaluasi dilakukan pada karakter kewirausahaan siswa, produk tajir dan budget control. Kurikulum tajir dapat meningkatkan ekonomi mandiri siswa. Ketika siswa memiliki tabungan dan mengikuti kegiatan sedekah recehan, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa siswa mandiri secara financial dan sejahtera secara spiritual.

Storytelling is an art of speaking and telling stories to other people or audiences. Storytelling is one of the scopes of public speaking, which requires repeated practice to create confidence. The scope of public speaking includes: speeches, master of ceremonies (MC), preachers and rhetoric. Confidence needs to be created so that a person can easily interact with other people, so that by being a confident person will lead to success. The covid pandemic has made teaching and learning facilities difficult, so online is a solution that can be taken so that teaching and learning activities can continue. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the interaction between teachers and students became more tenuous. Therefore, storytelling learning is intended so that students are accustomed to speaking so that it will bring up an interaction relationship between teachers and students and will create confident students. Using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, the researchers conducted research at elementary school of Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan because public speaking was an extracurricular that had just been held there. The researcher feels that elementary school students are the right target to find out the level of understanding of internet technology communication by elementary school students.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya minat siswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan, pada sekolah satu atap yang berstatus Negeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana konsep strategi promosi Sekolah satu atap dalam meningkatkan jumlah siswa serta melihat faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan promosi pendidikan di SMPN 5 satu atap Linggo Sari Baganti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendektaan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru, siswa dan masyarakat. Analisis data hasil penelitian ini melalui tahap: tahap reduksi data, menyajikan data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang dilaksanakan pertama, Mengidentifikasi masyarakat/ pasar sasaran, menyusun perencanaan kegiatan promosi, menentukan saluran promosi yang digunakan. Dari penjelasan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa startegi promosi yang digunakan oleh sekolah sudah efektif, serta mampu meningkatkan jumlah siswa dari tiga tahun terakhir di SMPN 5 Satap Linggo Sari Baganti. Factor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pemasaran jasa pendidikan berasal dari Interl maupun eksternal sekolah.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi lulusan SMK yang berprofesi sebagai pengusaha otomotif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa lulusan SMK berhasil menjadi pengusaha dalam waktu kurang dari lima tahun setelah lulus. Lulusan SMK tersebut mengawali berwirausaha dengan bekerja sebagai karyawan. Memiliki growth mindset yakni gairah, ketekunan, ketekadan, dan kegigihan yang tinggi ketika menghadapi tantangan. Selain itu, memiliki lima keterampilan inovator yakni asosiasi, berpikir kritis dan kreatif, mengamati, meningkatkan jejaring, dan melakukan percobaan. Dukungan penuh diberikan oleh Orang Tua atau orang terdekat kepada keempat informan. Melalui strategi ini, lulusan SMK dapat berprofesi sebagai pengusaha.

A green campus refers to university with an environmental perspective that prioritizes efforts to protect, manage, and preserve the environmental sustainability in higher education (Wimala et al., 2016). This article aims to analyze the feasibility and readiness of UIN Malang management towards a university that is oriented towards environmental well-being in the perspective of ISO 14001. By carrying out a qualitative approach, this study employs top management/leaders, lecturers, employees, students, and relevant documents at UIN Malang as data sources collected through a semi-structured interview and content analysis. The results showed that, to achieve a green campus, the management system of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang still unable to meet criteria of a good environmental management system from the perspective of ISO 14001:2015 as there are some basic requirements that have not been fulfilled by the university. To implement ISO 14001-based environmental management system, UIN Malang must create a roadmap that includes a consistent and sustainable management cycle of Plan-Do-Check-Action.

In this study, this type of research uses qualitative research with a library research approach or library study with data collection techniques through various references, then data reduction and conclusions are carried out. The results showed that. Leadership ethics in the view of Islam as exemplified by the Prophet with his leadership traits, namely al sidq, amanah, fathonah and tablig and there is a relationship between ethical leadership and ethical performance on the influence of employee performance, this is because the influence of ethical leadership can be realized good performance ethics so that the collaboration between ethical leadership and work ethics has a positive impact on optimizing employee performance

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui implementasi dari continuous improvement pada aktivitas belajar di Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyatul Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data dari hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Tahap analisis data yaitu melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan teori PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) yang diuraikan Plan meliputi: problem analysis identify dan juga tujuan atau goals yang hendak dicapai yang berkaitan dengan kuantitas dan kualitas dari aktivitas belajar. Do melalui implementasi yang sudah tersistem oleh lembaga dan juga do secara mandiri oleh santri. Check berarti mengukur seberapa efektif solusi dan diukur secara mandiri maupun evaluasi secara formal (tertulis) oleh Pondok Pesantren. Terakhir, Act yang memiliki arti proses implementasi dari solusi secara holistik yang di dalam implementasinya oleh santri Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyatul Qur’an dirumuskan pada perbaikan dan penetapan standar.

Pada abad 21, penggunaan media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan teknologi masih belum diterapkan di sekolah dasar khususnya dalam mengimplementasikan materi Pendidikan Karakter di kelas V SDN Sindangraja. inilah yang perlunya suatu pengembangan desain media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, misalnya seperti aplikasi Flipbook Animation. Penelitian ini menggunakan model D&D (Desain dan Pengembangan), dengan berbagai prosedur penelitian ADDIE (Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi). Validasi pengembangan media Flipbook Animation diujicobakan pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri Sindangraja dengan tujuan mengetahui respons penggunaan aplikasi yang dibuat oleh peneliti. Hasil penilaian kegiatan uji coba untuk siswa kelas V SD, mendapat kategori “Sangat Menarik”. Pada abad 21, pemanfaatan media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan teknologi masih kurang diterapkan di sekolah dasar, terutama dalam menerapkan materi Pendidikan Karakter di kelas V SDN Sindangraja. Hal tersebut menjadi dasar perlunya sebuah pengembangan desain terhadap media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, contonya seperti aplikasi Flipbook Animation. Penelitian ini menggunakan model D&D (Design and Development), dengan berbagai prosedur penelitian ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). At the time of professional training program (PLP) activities, the active role of students is very much needed, therefore, between the theories obtained in lectures, can they be applied to internships at PLP locations. This study aims to describe how the contribution of students and study programs to PLP activities and how the impact of PLP on students, study programs and institutions where internships are. Then this research is a qualitative research that uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed by the theory of Miles and Hubermen. The research findings are: first: Student contributions, namely student participation in PLP activities at the Ministry of Religion, are very large based on their respective places or internship spaces, for example participating in making correspondence, data on Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, inputting dapodik data etc., then contributions The study program in PLP activities is to provide administration related to these activities, from briefing, finding locations to preparing administration for pick-up. The second impact of PLP for students is increasing knowledge and knowledge related to administrative processes in the office of the ministry of religion, training discipline and adding friends and family. As for the study programs, they can cooperate or collaborate well and make input materials for improving the study program curriculum and the quality of MPI study study students. Furthermore, for the agency where the internship is, the impact can help complete the tasks in the office well and can help in matters related to their work.

Abstract: This study aims to reveal the branding image strategy of the Salaf Pesantren of Walisongo Sragen, Central Java in the era of disruption and it’s impact on the paradigm shift of the institution. This is a qualitative case study research. Data collection techniques in this study were in the form of literature review, observation and interviews. The results showed that the branding image strategy in the Salaf Pesantren of Walisongo Sragen was carried out through several things including: redefining the meaning of salaf in pesantren, maintain the uniqeness of salaf pesantren in studying the turats books, develop fleksible curriculum, facilitate the development of students talent and interests, and utilize technology with various media to build the brand image of the institution. The branding image strategy then shifted the old paradigm of salaf pesantren which was originally imaged of a closed institution, less adaptive of changing times to become an adaptive, flexible institution, in line with the progress of the times but still maintains its salafiyah characteristics.Key words: branding image, pesantren salaf, disruption, paradigm Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap branding image strategy pada pesantren salaf Walisongo Sragen, Jawa Tengah di era disrupsi dan impact-nya pada pergeseran paradigma lembaga. Penelitian ini merupakan riset studi kasus yang bersifat kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya berupa kajian literatur, observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa branding image strategy di pesantren salaf Walisongo Sragen dilakukan melalui beberapa hal diantaranya: meredefinisi makna salaf pada pesantren, menjaga kekhasan pesantren salaf dalam hal kajian kitab-kitab turats, mengembangkan kurikulum yang fleksibel, memfasilitasi pengembangan minat dan bakat santri, dan memanfaatkan teknologi melalui berbagai media untuk membangun brand image lembaganya. Branding image strategy tersebut kemudian menggeser paradigma lama pesantren salaf yang semula dicitrakan sebagai lembaga yang tertutup, kurang adaptif terhadap perubahan zaman menjadi lembaga yang adaptif, fleksibel, selaras dengan kemajuan zaman namun tetap memelihara ciri khas salafiyahnya.Kata Kunci: branding image, pesantren salaf, disrupsi, paradigma

Pada era revolusi industry 4.0 ditandai dengan program-program yang digital. Tidak hanya berdampak pada perusahaan tetapi juga pada Lembaga Pendidikan Islam, yang mengharuskan penyelenggaran Pendidikan dituntut untuk membuat suatu solusi dan terobosan dengan memberbaharui sistem pendidikan yang didukung oleh teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK), sehingga terbangun sebuah sistem manajemen yang implementatif dan dianggap solutif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti memilih jenis case study atau yang umum disebut dengan studi kasus. Dalam teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data temuan dianalisis dengan cara menggunakan beberapa langkah, antara lain sebagai berikut: kondensasi data (data condensation), penyajian data (data display), dan menarik kesimpulan atau verifikasi (conclusion drawing and verification). Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti, dapat dijelaskan bahwa aplikasi / sistem informasi akademik Madrasah Diniyah Al-Hikam Malang hanya mengcover seputar KMB Santri baik program awaliyah maupun program Wustha. Artinya masih belum maksimal karena penyelenggaran akademik tidak hanya seputar pada KBM dan kurikulum saja, akan tetapi bagaimana sistem ini mengatur pada pendaftaran Santri secara online dan bagaimana Santri melakukan registrasi yang tidak perlu datang ke tempat Madrasah Diniyah Al-Hikam Malang dan bagaimana prosedur Santri masuk sampai dengan dikatakan lulus harus bisa dikelola oleh sistem informasi akademik.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pengasuh dan pengurus dalam merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi pembinaan karakter disiplin santriwati. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Qulub Polagan Pamekasan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pembinaan karakter disiplin santriwati yaitu membuat peraturan atau tata tertib kedisiplinan santriwati dan membuat atau menyusun pedoman pelanggaran beserta hukumannya diberikan kepada santriwati yang melanggar. Dalam pembinaan karakter disiplin santriwati sudah dibentuk struktur dan yang mengendalikan yaitu para pengurus dan pengasuh. Pelaksanaan pembinaan katrakter disiplin santriwati dilakukan dengan pembiasaan dan keteladanan yang baik dari pengasuh dan para pengurus, pemberian motivasi dan nasihat dari pengasuh dan para pengurus kepada santriwati, pemberian keputusan kepada para pelanggar aturan dengan hukuman atau sanksi, evaluasinya dilakukan dengan cara rapat bersama pengurus yang dilaksanakan secara bertahap yaitu setiap minggu sekali.

The Development of Naturalism Intelligence as an Effort to Improve the Quality of Education in Schools

Quality education depends on the vision and mission of the educational institution that was founded. The quality of school education will be low, if the management of Human Resources (HR) has not carried out their duties optimally. Many schools have good accreditation, but there are still few teachers who have not implemented their learning management properly, so that students who should behave well towards their surrounding environment, actually act the opposite. The only way to improve quality education is to develop naturalistic intelligence. The purpose of this study is to interpret the development of naturalism intelligence as an effort to improve the quality of education in schools. This research is a type of qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive research approach. Data collection techniques used are observation methods, documentation methods and interview methods. Data collection techniques used are observation methods, documentation methods and interview methods. The data analysis technique used is Miles, Huberman and Saldana with the stages of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that to improve the quality of education in schools is to develop students' naturalistic intelligence. The strategy carried out by the STP Khoiru Ummah teacher in developing naturalism intelligence is that students are asked to sense and pay attention to the surrounding environment, students are asked to reflect on everything they sense, then students are invited to think about who created the universe, life, and humans. In conclusion, the policies implemented at STP Khoiru Ummah starting from the methods, curriculum and learning are very in line with Islamic education and refer to the Al-Qur'an and Al-Hadith, then the school should be said to be of high quality. Not only from qualified teachers and principals, but also students become the best generation of intelligent and qualified people.

Artikel ini berisi tentang implementasi pembelajaran tahfiz di SMP IT Nurul Ilmi. SMP IT Nurul Ilmi merupakan sekolah swasta menengah pertama yang berada di bawah Yayasan Pendidikan Haji Agus Salim. Untuk masuk ke dalam sekolah ini, calon siswa diharuskan melalui tahapan rekruitmen di antaranya tes akademik dan tes bacaan/hafalan Al-Quran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran tahfiz di SMP IT Nurul llmi. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: a) metode yang dilakukan dalam pembelajaran tahfiz yaitu metode talaqqi, b) kesulitan- kesulitan yang dihadapi para siswa dalam menghafal Al-Quran yaitu: sulitnya menghafal ayatayat baru yang panjang dan kesibukan dalam kegiatan antara mempersiapkan tugas sekolah dan hafalan Al-Quran.

Abstract The orientation of this article is to investigate and examine more deeply the meaning of the balance score card, aspects of the balance score card and its implementation in the perspective of quality assurance of Islamic education. In this paper, the author tries to analyze more deeply and systematically in implementing new management strategies that can encourage quality improvement in institutions by using a balanced score card approach based on Islamic principles. The type of research in this article uses a library research approach in which data collection techniques are obtained from various primary references and secondary data which are then reduced and keyed. Research results: (1). Application of Balance Score Card in Islamic Education Quality that is balanced both financially (profit) and non-financially (non-profit), (2). Standardization of Performance Measures from the Perspective of the Balance Score Card (in terms of finance, customers, internal business processes and learning and growth). With a comprehensive performance measurement that does not only measure financial but combines financial and non-financial measures, educational institutions can carry out better organizational performance. Abstrak Orientasi artikel ini untuk menyelisik dan menelaah lebih dalam makna balance score card, aspek balance score card dan implementasinya dalam perspektif penjaminan mutu Pendidikan Islam. Dalam tulisan ini penulis mencoba menganalisis lebih dalam serta sistematis dalam menerapkan strategi manajemen baru yang dapat mendorong peningkatan mutu di lembaga dengan menggunakan pendekatan balance score card disandari dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Jenis penelitian dalam artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan Library research yang mana teknik pengumpumlan data diperoleh dari pelbagai referensi primer dan sekunder yang kemudian data direduksi dan disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian: (1). Penerapan Balance Score Card dalam Mutu Pendidikan Islam yang secara seimbang baik secara financial (profit) dan non-financial (non-profit), (2). Standarisasi Ukuran Keberhasilan Kinerja Perspektif Balance Score Card (dalam aspek keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal dan pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan). Dengan pengukuran kinerja yang komprehensif tidak hanya mengukur keuangan tetapi menggabungkan ukuran keuangan dan non-keuangan, lembaga pendidikan dapat menjalankan kinerja organisasi yang lebih baik. AbstractThis article focuses on conducting a study on the application of six sigma in building quality management of Islamic education. This article examines the literature on six sigma which is usually applied to the business world and adapts it to the quality management of Islamic education. The authors use are applying the DMAIC methodology (define, measure, analyze, improve, control). The results of the discussion about six sigma there are two forms of application in education quality management. 1) implementation of six sigma in improving the quality of education. Elements that are directly related to the education process in schools are school supervisors, principals, and teachers. From these elements are able to apply six sigma in the process of improving the quality of education, able to overcome or reduce existing problems. 2) the application of six sigma in improving the organization in educational institutions. a) schools carry out designs, b) schools produce graduates who are able to master various cognitive fields, c) schools are able to design a good curriculum, d) schools are able to carry out the learning process in accordance with the curriculum, e) schools determine fair assessments according to the assessment instrument, f) schools have qualifications for competence and education personnel, g) are able to form RKS and RKAS.Keywords: six sigma; Quality management; Islamic education

This study aims to determine the relationship between entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurship intention, then between entrepreneurship education on Islamic motivation, the effect of Islamic motivation on entrepreneurship intention and the indirect effect between entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurship intention through Islamic motivation. The sample of this study were students from universities with Islamic values as many as 121 respondents spread across Indonesia. Sampling by purposive sampling method. The results of this study are first, there is an influence between entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurship intention, second, there is a relationship between entrepreneurship education and Islamic motivation, third, Islamic motivation has an effect on entrepreneurship intention and fourth, Islamic motivation is not able to mediate the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship intention. The advice given especially to universities is to provide a forum for students to be able to start their business early on and increase the portion for entrepreneurial practice (not only theory) for students to further hone their skills in business.

MANAJEMEN MAHASANTRI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN MA’HAD ALY

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui desain penerimaan mahasantri baru Ma’had Aly, model pembinaan mahasantri untuk meningkatkan mutu lulusan Ma’had Aly dan model evaluasi mahasantri untuk meningkatkan mutu lulusan Ma’had Aly. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilakukan di dua kasus, yaitu: Ma’had Aly Hasyim Asy’ari Tebuireng Jombang dan Ma’had Aly Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Sukorejo Situbondo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pertama: Desain penerimaan mahasantri Ma’had Aly untuk peningkatan mutu berdasarkan: Kebijakan internal dan tatangan mencetak calon kader ulama, rumusan visi dan tujuan Ma’had Aly, kebutuhan program, operasional pembiayaan hasil analisis program, schedule kegiatan sistem. Dengan langkah-langkah: merumuskan kebijakan, merumuskan tujuan, analisis kebutuhan program, menentukan satuan biaya pendidikan, menyusun aktivitas yang akan dilaksanakan. Kedua, model pembinaan mahasantri untuk peningkatan muru lulusan Ma’had Aly dengan mengambil nilai-nilai pendiri masing-masing pesantren, bertujuan mencetak ulama faqih zamanihi (ahli ilmu agama di zamannya), rasikh fi dinih (ulama yang mempunyai integritas keilmuan mampu menjawab persoalan-persoalan di sekitarnya), uswah li ummatih (menjadi teladan bagi ummatnya), melalui model pendekatan Ma’had Aly dan Perguruan Tinggi, sistem perkuliahan ganda dengan fakultas keagamaan terintegrasi dengan program Ma’had Aly dan research. Diharapkan dengan model pembinaan mahasantri ini lembaga Ma’had Aly mempunyai harapan besar terhadap lulusannya, Ketiga, model evaluasi pembinaan mahasantri untuk peningkatan muru lulusan Ma’had Aly melalui pendekatan mastery learning dengan sistem akademik dan keMa’hadan dan Perguruan Tinggi dengan tujuan akhir skripsi/tesis.

The aims of this research are to describe: 1) participants’ satisfaction with active listening training in reaction level, and 2) the effectiveness of active listening training in learning level. This evaluation research used the Kirkpatrick model (4 levels). The research objects who were involved in active listening training were teachers from first to sixth grades in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Hidayatul Athfal. Data collection was through questionnaires which were distributed before and after training. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data. The evaluation results show that participants were satisfied with active listening training.

PENGEMBANGAN VARIASI MENGAJAR GURU DI MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH ATTARAQQIE MALANG

AbstrakVariasi mengajar adalah kegiatan guru dalam rangka proses interaksi belajar mengajar yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi kebosanan siswa, sehingga dalam situasi belajar mengajar siswa selalu menunjukkan ketekunan, semangat, dan partisipasi penuh. Mengajar adalah suatu proses, yaitu proses mengatur, mengorganisasikan lingkungan sekitar anak. Siswa, sehingga dapat menumbuhkan dan mendorong siswa untuk melakukan proses pembelajaran. Keterampilan dalam melaksanakan variasi proses belajar mengajar akan mencakup tiga aspek, yaitu variasi gaya mengajar, variasi penggunaan media dan bahan ajar, variasi interaksi antara guru dan siswa. Pengembangan variasi pengajaran sangat diperlukan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Komponen variasi mengajar seperti variasi gaya mengajar, variasi media, dan bahan ajar serta variasi interaksi, mutlak dikuasai oleh guru guna merangsang belajar siswa dalam waktu yang relatif lama dalam satu pertemuan kelas. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya santri yang lalai dalam me-murojaah hafalan. Sehingga ayat-ayat yang sudah dihafal terlupakan. Mereka beranggapan mengejar setoran agar mencapai target khatam menjadi tujuan utama, namun sejatinya dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an bukan sekedar menghafal dan khatam melainkan juga memeliharanya dalam setiap sela sela kehidupan. Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Sumberrejo Bojonegoro merupakan salah satu lembaga Tahfidzul Qur'an yang mampu mencetak generasi penghafal Al-Qur’an dengan cepat sekaligus mampu menumbuhkan pentingnya murojaah dalam sela sela kehidupan melalui penerapan metode fami bisyauqin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan alasan Pondok Pesantren Darussalam menerapkan metode fami bisyauqin, implementasi metode fami bisyauqin, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat metode fami bisyauqin dalam memelihara hafalan Al-Qur’an di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Sumberrejo Bojonegoro. Jenis peneitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Menurut Pondok Pesantren Darussalam, metode fami bisyauqin merupakan metode yang paling efektif dalam memelihara hafalan Al-Qur’an. Metode ini mampu membantu santri membiasakan lisan terampil membaca Al-Qur’an (2) Penerapan metode fami bisyauqin dalam memelihara hafalan Al-Qur’an dilakukan melalui pembiasaan muroqobahan, dzikrul qur’an, dan qiroatul qur’an fil sholah. (3) Faktor pendukung penerapan metode fami bisyauqin meliputi program wisuda tasmi’, lingkungan yang bernuansa Qur’ani, memiliki target murojaah hafalan, pembiasaaan Sholat Hajat, adanya takziran, rihlah, dan motivasi ustadzah pembimbing dan orang tua. Adapun faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya kesadaran dan kesunggulan, malas, merasa jenuh dan mengantuk, serta kesehatan fisik yang buruk.

Evaluation in Islamic Education is something that is very urgent in order to know the success of the Islamic Education process. Public university has multi-religion and multicultural student conditions, so that an attitude of tolerance really needs to be developed. Because the evaluation of Islamic Education in public university also needs to be based on a culture of tolerance. The purpose of this study is to determine the scope, techniques and learning outcomes in evaluating ISLAMIC EDUCATION on campus. This study uses a qualitative approach. The results of this study are the coverage of ISLAMIC EDUCATION evaluation with a tolerant culture, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects, the evaluation technique uses test and non-test techniques, the learning outcomes include program achievements and student tolerant attitudes. The novelty of this research is the collaborative-participatory evaluation model.

Religious moderation in educational practices at Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah is often only understood in the context of interactions between religious communities (external religious moderation), so it does not contribute much to students' understanding of the concept of religious moderation in the internal sphere which students usually encounter in homogeneous schools such as madrasas, schools private Muhammadiyah, Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) and the like as the main characteristic of a Muslim. While religious moderation is a noble value that needs to be habituated through a reciprocal social approach (reciprocity) between schools and students as well as parents and guardians and vice versa. This study took research locations at the Ibtidaiyyah Ma'had Islamy Yogyakarta Madrasah grades I and II as a representation of homogeneous elementary schools with the implementation of the Individual Growth Map program. The data is processed using two data analysis concepts, (1) scientific data analysis, which is returned to the previous theoretical framework, namely Alvin W. Gouldner's Reciprocal theory (2) methodological data analysis, namely technical research carried out by Miles and Huberman, with details of reduction, presentation data, conclusion, and verification. The results of the research are in the form of strategies and the discovery of religious moderation values contained in the PPI MI Ma'had Islamy Yogyakarta program in class I and class II.

Hijab is now a new fashion trend among women. This stylish and modern hijab style phenomenon has attracted many Muslim women, especially the young ones. This fashionable hijab style was first introduced by a community known as the "hijabers community". This community plays an essential role in increasing the popularity of hijab in Indonesia because it changes the perception of Indonesian people towards the hijab which previously symbolized religious fundamentalism. Currently, hijab is seen positively as a symbol of modernity without having to abandon religiosity. Some hijabers communities established in Malang are the Hijabers Community Malang (HCM). The aims of this research is describing religious learning in HCM.The findings from this study encompasses the attainment of the religiosity concept instilled in the hijabers community, exploration of the meaning of education, savior, peace, refined sense of solidarity and transformative through religious activities taught in the hijabers community

An inclusive school is a school concept that consciously strives to guarantee children's rights and protection for children with special needs to get adequate and responsible access to education. Therefore, in practice, it refers to the principles of good management. The learning process is based on children's needs, a conducive learning climate, a supportive classroom atmosphere, and the priority of fulfilling children's learning rights. This paper examines the management of inclusive schools in Islamic schools in East Java. The aims of this research are: (1). explore forms of inclusive school policies in Islamic schools in East Java; (2). Describe the implementation of the management of inclusive children's schools in Islamic schools in East Java. Researchers used a qualitative approach with a multi-site research type. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis with three stages; the first stage is data reduction, data presentation, and triangulation. The results of the study show: (1.) The form of policies implemented in the process of managing inclusive children's schools in Islamic schools in East Java is based on the four pillars of the principles of inclusive children's schools, namely non-discrimination, the best interest for children's growth, respect for children and values beliefs originating from religious teachings; (2.) The implementation of the management of inclusive children's schools begins with the stages of situation analysis, equalization of perceptions, organization and formation of a program implementation team.

This study analyses the learning process of student leadership in Islamic boarding schools through organizational empowerment. This research was conducted at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, Probolinggo, with a qualitative approach through case studies. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis was carried out in a structured and systematic manner, starting from data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The study results show that the learning process of learning student leadership is carried out through five stages: direction, training, assignment, escort, and approach. This leadership study shows that the organization's cadre system can run well and create good leaders who can carry out the mandate and carry out their duties properly.

Sekolah mengalami lompatan kontinuitas di era inovasi disrupsi. Kepala sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam melaksanakan inovasi di berbagai aspek untuk menyesuaikan dengan tuntutan dan perkembangan zaman. Berbagai platform pembelajaran digital yang sebelumnya hanya digunakan sekolah elit sekarang digunakan di semua sekolah. Untuk memaksimalkan pembelajaran digital, perlu melibatkan seluruh elemen ekosistem di sekolah sehingga sekolah mampu melaksanakan pembelajaran digital dan manajemen digital. Semua elemen sekolah mendukung, lingkungan terbentuk dan dapat bertahan dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dilaksanakan di MA Al Irtiqo’ International Islamic Boarding School (IIBS) Malang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi inovasi yang dilakukan kepala madrasah dimulai dengan melakukan identifikasi masalah yang dihadapi dan memerlukan solusi mendesak, menentukan sasaran program sekolah baik secara internal maupun eksternal, mengumpulkan ide untuk solusi dari maslaah yang dihadapi, memilih ide terbaik, melaksanakan ide dalam aksi nyata, melakukan evaluasi. Adapun inovasi dalam membangun smart learning ecosystem dilakuakn dengan strategi implementasi digital secara komprehensif terkait seluruh elemen ekosistem sekolah, yaitu; spesies sekolah (guru, kepala sekolah, siswa, tenaga kependidikan, wali siswa), relationship (hubungan yang sehat antar spesies), health (budaya sekolah yang sehat dan unggul), Adaptability (kemampuan adaptasi terhadap digitalisasi pembelajaran dan manajemen sekolah), dan pemilihan strategi dan inovasi yang dilaksanakan sekolah untuk mensukseskan pembentukan smart learning ecosystem. Salah satunya adalah dengan bekerjasama dengan pihak eksternal dalam bidang penyediaan platform digital, yaitu dengan aplikasi Edupongo yang menyediakan fitur fitur pembelajaran, manajemen sekolah, score nilai, presensi dan komunikasi realtime dengan orang tua siswa.Keywords: Strategi Inovasi, Kepala Madrasah, Smart Learning Ecosystem

Kehidupan manusia telah memasuki era globalisasi, era dimana lembaga pendidikan Islam dihadapkan dengan berbagai tantangan yang krusial, oleh karenanya lembaga pendidikan Islam sejatinya memerlukan inovasi-inovasi baru agar dapat menyiapkan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang handal sekaligus tanggap dalam menghadapi tantangan tersebut dengan langkah yang cerdas dan inovatif, salah satunnya yaitu melalui pengembangan kurikulum. Artikel ini dikaji dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan terkait model manajemen kurikulum terpadu dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan madrasah, khususnya madrasah yang berada dibawah naungan pondok pesantren. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MA Al-Rosyid Bojonegoro dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus, tehnik pngumpulan datanya yaitu menggunakan tehnik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan uji keabsahan data menggunakan uji kredibilitas dan pengujian transferability. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam mencapai mutu pendidikan madrasah di era zaman yang semakin berkembang ini, MA Al-Rosyid Bojonegoro menerapkan model kurikulum terpadu antara kurikulum kementrian Agama dengan kurikulum Kulliyatul Mu’allimin al-Islamiyah (KMI), yang mana dalam pengimplementasiannya lembaga tersebut menfokuskan pada tiga tahapan fungsi manajemen, meliputi; pertama, perencanaan kurikulum KMI; kedua, pelaksanaan kurikulum KMI; dan ketiga, evaluasi kurikulum KMI.

The success of learning can be seen from the increase of students' mastery and understanding of subject’s matter that is manifested in values or numbers on student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was improve student learning outcomes in muamalah material for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects, as well as to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in the development of deliberation activities at Ma'had 'Aly Pondok Pesantren Lirboyo Kediri. This paper is the result of Classroom Action Research (CAR) which places great emphasis on the learning process. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of research and data analysis, the results showed that there was increase in learning outcomes for PAI subjects at Ma'had 'Aly Pondok Pesantren Lirboyo Kediri after the problem based learning (PBL) learning’s model was applied. In this study also obtained 2 (two) types of deliberation models in learning muamalah material at Ma'had 'Aly Pondok Pesantren Lirboyo Kediri, namely: first, group’s deliberation; second, joint’s deliberation.

Pesantren educational institutions are traditional educational institutions that have their own management but do not deny changes in the current digital era. Public relations has a very important role in the relationship between two parties both from internal and external segments which aims to improve the quality of pesantren educational institutions. So to create a good communication, a good relationship is also needed by making an institution have solid management in the field of public relations. the application of public relations techniques according to Jefrerson and DeRoche theories where the techniques developed are written, oral, demonstration and electronic techniques. Public relations techniques can combine electronic techniques with written, oral or other techniques. This can make it easier for the wider community to get information, ideas or activity reports that can integrate between the institution and the wider community.

Pondok Pesantren Al-Khoirot yang berada di Desa Karangsuko Kecamatan Pegelaran Kabupaten Malang merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang berhaluan Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah An-Nahdliyah dan melaksanakan pendidikan dengan perpaduan antara salaf dan modern. Pondok Pesantren Al-Khoirot melakukan penguatan kelembagaan melalui beberapa aspek, diantaranya adalah dengan mendirikan madrasah diniyah, madrasah tsanawiyah, madrasah aliyah, taman pendidikan al-Qur’an, koperasi syariah ikmal dan ikatan keluarga ma’had Al-Khoirot yang di dalamnya terdapat beberapa divisi seperti pendidikan, ekonomi dan pembangunan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana penguatan lembaga pesantren melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat, santri dan alumni Pondok Pesantren Al-Khoirot Karangsuko Pagelaran Malang, dengan sub fokus mencakup: (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) evaluasi.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penguatan lembaga pesantren melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat, santri dan alumni Pondok Pesantren Al-Khoirot dilaksanakan dengan berlandaskan para perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Perencanaan disusun setiap awal tahun atau ajaran baru yang berlandaskan hasil evaluasi kerja tahunan, hasil dari perencanaan kerja dilaksanakan dalam bentuk aksi yang memperhatikan hasil perencanaan dan dievaluasi setiap semester dan satu tahun satu kali bersama dengan masing-masing lembaga yang berada di bawah naungan yayasan Pondok Pesantren Al-Khoirot.Kata kunci: Penguatan lembaga pesantren, pemberdayaan masyarakat

Jumlah institusi perguruan tinggi tingkat nasional dan global cenderung terus meningkat yang berdampak kompetisi yang kuat. Dalam situasi kompetisi, kinerja layanan dalam perspektif mahasiswa merupakan key success factor perguruan tinggi berkelanjutan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja layanan dari perspektif mahasiswa yang dilakukan di salah satu Universitas Islam Negeri di Jawa Timur . Studi ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Instrumen berupa kuesioner yang berisi 45 item pernyataan yang terdistribusi ke dalam lima dimensi SERVQUAL. Populasi yaitu mahasiswa angkatan 2019–2021 dan sebanyak 385 mahasiswa berkontribusi dalam studi ini. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu random sampling. Berdasarkan editing, hanya 288 (74,81%) responden yang layak diproses lebih lanjut. Analisis data menggunakan metode Kategorisasi Indeks dan Importance-Performance Analysis. SPSS digunakan untuk membantu perhitungan data secara statistik. Hasil studi menunjukkan masih terjadi gap antara tingkat kepentingan yang diharapkan mahasiswa dengan kinerja layanan yang sesungguhnya. Sekitar 28% kinerja layanan mampu mempertemukan tingkat kepentingan mahasiswa. Selebihnya, kinerja layanan masih menunjukkan kinerja yang rendah dan ada beberapa atribut layanan yang kurang dipentingkan oleh mahasiswa.
