Abstrak

Dewasa ini dunia dikejutkan dengan wabah covid-19 yang berasal dari negara China yang kemudian menyebar ke hampir seluruh penjuru dunia. Pandemi covid-19 yang melanda dunia saat ini berdampak signifikan terhadap berbagai aspek; ekonomi social-budaya dan pendidikan. Dalam situasi yang tidak biasa ini, para pemimpin dalam berbagai level memberikan respon dengan cepat mulai dari kebijakan social distancing, physical distancing, bekerja dari rumah hingga kebiajakan belajar dari rumah. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai tindakan pemimpin dalam menjalankan manajemen krisis di tengah pandemi covid-19. Manajemen krisis dibutuhkan agar keberlangsungan organisasi tetap berjalan ditengah ketidakpastian berakhirnya krisis kesehatan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah studi pustaka, dimana penulis menggali berbagai literatur dan hasil-hasil penelitian dari berbagai jurnal internasional. Dalam artikel ini ditemukan bahwa setidaknya manajemen krisis yang berhasil dipandu oleh seorang pemimpin yang visioner, berkarakter sejati yang memiliki solusi dalam menghadapi ancaman sebelum, pada saat dan sesudah krisis.
