PENERAPAN PENDAMPINGAN GURU TERHADAP KEDISIPLINAN SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN ONLINE

Abstract

This article aims to describe the application of teacher assistance to student discipline in online learning. The method used is descriptive qualitative with instruments of observation, interviews and documentation with the research subjects of the teachers' council for class I-VI SDN 2 Sumbersuko Wagir Malang, Indonesia.

The results of the study obtained data that the assistance of class teachers to students at SDN 2 Sumbersuko Wagir during online learning, namely every

07.00 o'clock the students must send photos of absences in their respective class WhatsApp groups, continued praying, then explanation of the material from the teacher, questions and answers between teachers and students, students do assignments from the teacher, the teacher corrects and gives an assessment of student assignments, finally the teacher invites students to pray after studying and ends with closing greetings.

Learning activities are still carried out every day even though they often experience some obstacles. The obstacles faced by teachers in assisting students to learn online are that students have difficulty understanding the material that has been delivered, students who do not understand the material do not want to ask the teacher and the tasks given are not done by students themselves, and others.
