Peer Review Process

Peer Review Process

Each article submitted is first reviewed by the editorial staff through an initial review process conducted by the Editorial Board. Articles that meet the scope and basic standards of the journal will be forwarded to peer reviewers to undergo a blind review process. The review process evaluates both the substantive and technical aspects of the manuscript, and the results are returned to the author for revision. The entire process is typically completed within a maximum of one month.

All submitted manuscripts are first reviewed by the editorial team. Manuscripts deemed inconsistent with the journal's focus and criteria will be rejected outright without external review. Meanwhile, manuscripts deemed relevant and potentially interesting to readers will be sent for review through a double-blind review system. The final decision on the manuscript is made by the editor based on the peer reviewer's recommendation, with possible outcomes including: rejected, revised, or accepted for publication.

The editor has the right to decide which manuscripts submitted to the journal should be published.
