Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to find out a series of teacher tasks in the field of teacher administrative services, where in an education teacher serves not only as educators but also as educational staff. Teacher professionalism can be measured by the completeness of administrative services in the process of planning, implementing and evaluating learning. The purpose of having a series of teacher administration is to assist teachers in carrying out their duties so that they are more directed and well planned. This research is qualitative in nature by collecting data from observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the teachers at MI Al-Amin Tumpang have carried out their duties in the field of teacher administration services, but what has been done has not been maximized. The inhibiting factors for these teachers in carrying out teacher administration are time constraints due to the tight schedule of teacher performance.
