Inovasi Pendidikan Melalui Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di SMK Al-Fathimiyah Karawang

In the world of education, change and innovation will continue to go hand in hand. Changes can be considered as improvements to previous changes. Curriculum changes are an example of innovation in the world of education. This article discusses educational innovation in the Independent Curriculum at SMK Al-Fathimiyah Karawang. The results of the research are that SMK Al-Fathimiyah only applies the Independent Curriculum in Class 10, while Class 11 and 12 still use the Revised Curriculum 2013, based on adaptation considerations. In addition, the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SMK Al-Fathimiyah is considered successful in improving the quality of educators and students, especially in the context of a learning process that is more active, effective and enjoyable for students.
Dalam dunia pendidikan, perubahan dan inovasi akan terus berjalan beriringan. Perubahan dapat dianggap sebagai perbaikan terhadap perubahan sebelumnya. Perubahan kurikulum adalah contoh inovasi dalam dunia pendidikan. Artikel ini membahas tentang inovasi pendidikan dalam Kurikulum Merdeka di SMK Al-Fathimiyah Karawang. Hasil penelitian adalah SMK Al-Fathimiyah hanya menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka pada Kelas 10, sedangkan Kelas 11 dan 12 masih menggunakan Kurikulum 2013 Revisi, berdasarkan pertimbangan adaptasi. Di samping itu, penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di SMK Al-Fathimiyah dinilai berhasil dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidik dan peserta didik, terutama dalam konteks proses pembelajaran yang lebih aktif, efektif dan menyenangkan bagi peserta didik.
