Transparency And Integrity

The LEADERSHIP: Jurnal Mahasiswa Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (LENSI) upholds transparency and integrity by addressing potential conflicts of interest (COIs) for editors, authors, and reviewers. Our comprehensive COI policies are outlined in the “Ethics and Malpractice Statement” section on our website.

Key aspects of the policy include:

  1. Authors: Authors must disclose any financial, personal, or professional relationships that could influence their work. A COI declaration form is required at the time of submission.
  2. Editors: Editors must recuse themselves from handling manuscripts where a COI exists, such as personal relationships or financial ties with the authors.
  3. Reviewers: Reviewers must decline review invitations if a COI exists, including any direct relationship with the authors or competing interests related to the manuscript.
  4. Resolution: The editorial board investigates disclosed or suspected COIs and ensures that necessary measures are taken, including reassigning editors or reviewers, rejecting manuscripts, or publishing COI statements when appropriate.

LENSI’s commitment to ethical publishing ensures that all decisions are free from undue influence.
