Open Acces Policy

The Leadership: Jurnal Mahasiswa Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (LENSI) provides immediate open access to all of its content, based on the principle that making research freely available to the public fosters a wider global exchange of knowledge. By embracing open access, we aim to break down barriers to information and make research accessible to everyone, regardless of geographic or financial constraints.

All content published in this journal is freely accessible without any charges to users or institutions. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to full-text articles in this journal without seeking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This policy aligns with the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (2002), Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge in the Sciences and Humanities (2003), The San Francisco Declaration on Research Assessment (DORA, 2012), Open Access 2020 (2015), Plan S (2018), Helsinki Initiative on Open Scientific Publishing (2019), and Open Science Platform (2020), which advocate for unrestricted access to academic research and encourage the broad dissemination of knowledge.

By adhering to this open access model, LENSI ensures that its articles are available for immediate and widespread use, enhancing the visibility and impact research across the global academic community.
