Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the altruistic leadership style affects the competitiveness of madrasah and to describe the identification of each indicator of aultaristic leadership on competitiveness. The research type is mix method explanatory with quantitative-qualitative approach. The research sample was 162 respondents. Data collection through google form and analyzed using path analysis with smartPls software. Research Results: Identification of the influence factor of altruistic leadership shows a positive significance price and has a significant effect. The qualitative data shows that the selfless attitude of leadership is an internal motivation for teachers to improve competitiveness. The leader's policy is shown through improving the welfare of subordinates to competitiveness. Fulfillment of social aspects is also able to increase competitiveness.

Abstrak

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan altruistik berpengaruh terhadap daya saing madrasah serta untuk mendeskripsikan identifikasi setiap indikator kepemimpinan aultaristik terhadap daya saing. Jenis penelitian mix method explanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif-kualitattif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 162 responden. Pengumpulan data melalui google form dan dianalisis menggunakan path analysis dengan software smartPls. Hasil Penelitian: Identifikasi terhadap faktor pengaruh kepemimpinan altruistik menunjukkan harga signifikansi positif dan berpengaruh secara signifikan. Adapun data kualitatif menunjukan sikap tanpa pamrih kepemimpinan menjadi motivasi internal guru untuk meningkatkan daya saing. Kebijakan pimpinan itu ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan kesejahteraan bawahan terhadap daya saing. Pemenuhan terhadap aspek sosial juga mampu meningkatkan daya saing. Implikasi penelitian.
