The LEADERSHIP: Jurnal Mahasiswa Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (LENSI) values constructive feedback and maintains a clear process for authors to submit complaints regarding editorial practices, publication decisions, or ethical concerns. Steps for submitting a complaint include:
- Submission of Complaint: Authors can file complaints by sending an email to the editorial office, including a detailed explanation of the issue and any supporting documents.
- Acknowledgment of Complaint: The editorial office acknowledges receipt of the complaint within a specified timeframe and initiates an internal review.
- Investigation and Resolution: The complaint is reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief and, if necessary, by an independent committee.
- Final Response: A formal response, including the outcome and any corrective actions taken, is provided to the complainant.
