Abstract
This study aims to analyze the parenting pattern applied at Khalifah Ul Husna Junior Kindergarten (Taska) Selangor Malaysia, and its impact on children's character development. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the parenting pattern applied at Taska prioritizes affection, positive discipline, and values-based approaches. This parenting style contributes significantly to children's character development, such as social skills, empathy, and moral values. In addition, good interactions between educators and parents play an important role in supporting the parenting process. Further research can be conducted by comparing the effectiveness of this program with similar programs in other institutions.
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pola asuh yang diterapkan di Taman Asuhan Kanak-Kanak (Taska) Junior Khalifah Ul Husna Selangor Malaysia, serta dampaknya terhadap pengembangan karakter anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh yang diterapkan di Taska mengedepankan pendekatan kasih sayang, disiplin positif, dan berbasis nilai-nilai. Pola asuh ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pengembangan karakter anak, seperti keterampilan sosial, empati, dan nilai-nilai moral. Selain itu, interaksi yang baik antara pendidik dan orang tua berperan penting dalam mendukung proses pengasuhan. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat dilakukan dengan membandingkan efektifitas program ini dengan program yang serupa di lembaga lain.
